Returns and Refunds
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the item(s) you purchased from TonerCartridgePal.com for any reason for a full refund (we will even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
All refunds will exclude shipping charges and a very low 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns must be unopened and in its original condition and packaging. Opened items will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
An RMA number must be obtained from TonerCartridgePal.com before any item(s) can be returned. To obtain an RMA number, send an email with your request to customerservice@tonercartridgepal.com; include in your request your customer number as well as your order number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process your return request.
Please note that packages without a valid TonerCartridgePal.com RMA number will not be processed, there will be no exceptions. We strongly recommend that you obtain a RMA number before sending your package.
Am email will be sent with your RMA number and instruction on where to send your package. Please follow the instructions in the email in order to avoid delays.
